One of their tips that really struck me from personal experience was building on personal relationships. Take your most vocal supporters and think about how you can turn them into a marketing tool. This could mean asking them to review your business on Google or Yelp, or making sure to retweet or repost their content on your media channels.
Thankfully in today’s market, scaling up your marketing isn’t as cost prohibitive or unwieldy as you think.
